    The Throbbing Russells started off as a punk band in San Diego,but times were tough and members came and went like the passing of time.Through the changes, a new type of music emerged, barely hinting at theirpunk roots. Until 1998 when their line-up finally became finalized, and they started laying the foundation for what was to come.
