Artist History
The individual members of Mystic Fools (then and now) have worked with such musical luminaries as Dale Harrison (Headstones), Derek Sharpe (Sass Jordan), Amanda Marshall, Simon Wilcox, Lorraine Lawson and Robert Michaels. The original Fools were a fixture at Muskoka's home of Rock'n'Roll, the KEE to Bala where they were the opener for Blue Rodeo, Kim Mitchell, and April Wine. Their first public appearance was at Toronto's El Mocambo with Junkhouse and Saddletramps. Currently, founding members J.R. Woods and Geoff Hlibka are at Urban Cave Music preparing two new Mystic Fools albums, 1 full-out rockenfunkenetc., and one acoustic. Tracks from the albums-in-progress will be previewed here. |
