Artist History Since it was formed in 1989, EXCEED was given thumbs up by lot of people, yet others thought the band is only worth giving a middle finger! Exceed has contributed a lot to the Lebanese Rock scene between 1989 and the present. The band performed in many concerts and festivals in addition to numerous live TV appearances. The year '1995' was the year for Exceed. The hard working band won "The Band of the Year" award in 1995, and "The Most Popular Band in Hamra Festival" in the same year. The boys in EXCEED neither smoke nor drink; couldn't afford it any way... EXCEED has always been about brain-storming beside head-banging; however, most of the time EXCEED was considered a bunch of crazy dudes only because the boyz used to hang around in long hair and torn jeans... Never cared any way, what counted was the solid fan base that EXCEED had built over the years.
