Artist History Tina and Max have worked together for roughly 8 years. Max's excellant guitar playing and arrangement ideas compliment Tina's style. Sometimes they go incognito as Spectral Hound Music. Tina and Max fled Los Angeles in December of 1998 in search of a happier life. They found it.
