Jotal, Cincan and 2 members join forces in the mid nineties from the rubble of the dying, and over commercialized alt. scene in New West, CA. Each member with prior history in Rock/punk/techno fetishism, claiming their ideas a force to be reckoned with by the turn of the millenium.
