Artist History As a part of the national music scene for many years, The Delegates is fronted by Jim Greene, formally of The Flying Neutrinos, who croons the sweet melodies while playing the stand up bass. He is supported by some of the finest musicians around; Matt Jorgensen, of RadioAction, swings on drums, Coleman Mellett jams on guitar, Jeff McSpadden makes his trumpet sing and Neal Sugarman, of Sugarman Three, plays the sax like no one else can.
