    Artist description
She settles herself in on a park bench in New York City Riverside park at the 79th St. Boat Basin, and pulls out her guitar. She is casually accompanied by 2 street musicians she's just met the day before, a bassist and a percussionist. She opens her mouth, her voice reminiscent of Sarah Vaughn and yes, Joni Mitchell. By the end of the first verse a crowd has gathered and by the end of her first song, applause.

    Press Reviews
Hackett may be labeled contemporary folk, but the guitar work on "Runnin'" and Hackett's rich vocals give the track a bluesy edge worth listening to.Christina Saraceno, Rolling Stone
