    Artist description
Nash Rambler has been performing original music since 1968 as a solo artist. His main instrument is the acoustic guitar, however, he also plays the Appalachian Mountain Dulcimer, electric guitar, banjo, mandolin, and percussion instruments. Credits include writing the official song ("Oh, Albany")for the Albany, NY Tricentennial Celebration, the theme song for "Jonny Glow", a unique gift idea marketed on the Internet, and the local winner of the 1986 Kentucky Fried Chicken Song Writing Contest for the song "Can't Get Enough of You". His song "The G.A.G. Rag", a song about growing older, is being used as the theme song for the annual Golden Age Games in Sanford, FL. His first album "Postcard from Brussels" was available on vinyl in 1986, and since then he has recorded eight more albums, including an instrumental Christmas CD featuring the dulcimer and guitar. Nash's songs are about life, drawn from true life experiences. Many of his tunes are blues based and as Nash defines the blues - "The blues are what you do to get over the blues". So this , then opens the door to a diversification of the standard blues genre, including country blues and reggae. Most of the songs of Nash Rambler are available on the Internet, but the best way to truly experience his music is to see him perform live. "My songs are ever evolving. Even if I were to repeat a song during a performance, chances are it would have a totally different feel. Recordings are great to get your music out to the masses, but there's nothing like a live performance to experience a song". Nash Rambler can be seen performing in the Orlando, Florida area on a regular basis.

listen.com says:"The name Nash Rambler lends itself to only one career path, that of the troubadour or teller of truths. Nash leads us into his road-weary, God-fearing, lite beer drinking world." "Emotional, electronically sequenced, Roots Reggae ballads celebrate the life-giving powers of Jah and Reggae music." "Mike Warren aka Nash Rambler aka Rasta Rambler is a veritable one man Lollapalooza. Encompassing folk, country, and reggae he uses his sincere vocals and apt strumming to win the hearts of America." Luumu - "Apr 03, 2001 at 05:51:14Re: Nash Rambler - song 'Everbody Got to Blame Somebody' - rating - 4 1/2First I thought about giving 5- , but then I decide to still 'save' 5's for the future. Absolutely brilliant voice and song. One of tracks that 'shoots' directly at the first time. Lyrics and overall feeling worked very well together. Another milestone on my way to be a 'real' acoustic music fan ,if I'm not it already. Listen to : Nash Rambler , I warmly recommend it.
