Artist History Tim Larkin started out at age 5 playing piano, and trumpet since 4th grade.Since then his career has escalated into being an in demand session player for film and TV as well as composing for well known artists such as Tito Puente and Pete Escovedo. Also known for recording or playing live with artists and groups such as James Brown, Ice-T, Mel Torme, Tony Bennett, Sheila E., San Francisco Opera, California and Berkeley Symphonies, Huey Lewis and Ella Fitzgerald to name a few. Currently working as the in-house composer and sound designer for Cyan, the creators of Myst and Riven, Tim is currently working on the next Cyan release as well as continuing to do LA and SF session work for HBO,ABC and others as a trumpet player.
