Artist description empire day is a five piece band hailing from Augusta Georgia. Ranging in age from fifteen to twenty years old, empire day combines over four years of experience lugging around instruments across the USA, with four of the members in a previous band together. Taking indy-rock influences and mixing it with pop and intense rock, they could fall under numerous genres. Melodic and powerful guitar lines set to intricate bass riffs and solidly energetic drums bring a variety of sounds ranging from faster, post-modern punk songs to driving emotional rock.

Artist History Adam Fulmer and Matt Malpass were in a band called "Aslan" when they were 14 yrs. old. They split and went there seperate ways.Matt, Jeff Malpass, Chris Malpass, and Ray Ray of "empire-day" were all in a band called the "Skadaddles" while Adam was with a band named "Whistle for fly". When the "Skadaddles" were tire of ska and when adam had left his band they decided to get together and form a band.This is what would become the present day "empire-day"
