Artist description
When we strted out as musicians, we always tried to choose weird chords and different rhythms and feels. Listening to those songs today would make you laugh but behind the crap you can note a desire to be different, a desire we believe stretches like a thin red line through all of our work. It's notlike we're changing the world but there is always an essence of individuality to each song that makes our music interesting and worthwhile. That search for individuality is in our mind themost important ingredient in the process of creating music, an ingredient too often missing on the music scene today. Individuality doesn't necessarily has to mean originality but as Chris Cornell said, music always has to be inspired. Thus an individual, inspired expression is what,in our eyes, has to be implemented in order for every band to have the right to claim they're constructing art. A mission we believe should be the most important issue on every bands agenda. As we all know an artful expression is hardly what represents music life today. For how long will mass-produced girl- and boybands continueto dominate the music scene? The worst part is that all of this absolutely soulless music seems to have affected all genres. No band with a reputation of creativity seems to be able to write countable music anymore. We're exaggerating of course, but this text is not about objectivity. It's about our most subjective opinions and stands as a protest and a claim that we create better music then the lion's share of bands. Take a listen for yourself to our MP3's. |
