Artist description
We explored using several sounds without mattering the source that generates them. The sounds could come from ethnic instruments, virtual synthesizers or specific programs like sequencers, emulators of other instruments... The music arises from the coalition of different sound elements: we used loops, short wave radio, keyboards, flutes or drums. Mixing all according to any type of instinct. Perhaps it´s a question of palate. |

Artist History
1991: I began playing the alto sax in a band of the singer Gisela Cor. Then I formed part of a reggae group called Kongo Bongo and a funky group called Luanda. When I discovered the computer like a tool in order to generate, record and edit sounds, I submerged completely in her, abandoning other activities. I began to explore in rhythms like drum n' bass, hip hop, big beat and others, and to make original soundtracks for videos and CD ROM. September 15, 2000: I offered a concert in a theater with a band of 9 musicians, playing live adaptations of all the musical structures that I composed. At the moment I continue learning how to play other instruments. It is a road that never finishes.
