Artist History
Formed in 1991 by Chip Billharz, Jay MacDonald and Greg Sample, the Paisley Brain Cells became a mainstay of the Reno Tahoe music scene. In 1994 they released their only CD - Brain Storming. Shortly after the band was joined by Ken Clark, previously of the Midnight Ramblers of Lake Tahoe. The Paisley's played steadily until 1999 when several members of the band left to pursue other projects. Today the remaining members have joined forces with ex-members of Cosmic Freewayand are perfomring under the name Cosmic Braincells or Paisley Freeway. |
