The band right now is me and my computer and an occasional friend from around the world. I play all the trumpet solos and write all of the music but for one by Lars-Goran Josefsson and one by Max Myover and of course the few cover tunes I do. |

I think I have a sound that is a mixture of Chet Baker, Paul Desmond, and myself. I wonder if there are any other trumpet players who are emulating sax players? |

Press Reviews
Gregory Lawrence has a sound that is paradoxically warm and crisp at the same time. His composition is pleasant but his playing is just delicious. You cannot listen to this music and fail to relax. It is a kind of aural therapy. Every recording is an expression of strong emotion. He plays straight from the heart. He also writes pretty decent press reviews just in case you need one. |
