Artist History
Working with a borrowed 4-track tape recorder and a computer drum track, Zole began writing recording punkish songs in 1995. Inspired by the Do-It-Yourself aesthetic of early They Might Be Giants and Beck recordings, Zole began making home-dubbed cassette albums. "The Return of Zole", Zole's first foray into compact disc, was released in 2000. |
