Artist History
1998 was the year in which WALRUS began. The departure of a member early that year made the band more determined than ever to produce great songs. After 12 months of gigging, practicing and writing new material, WALRUS entered the studio in March 99 to record its first Demo CD. With a great response from listeners, Walrus continued to rehearse and create music with young, energectic flair. The band is scheduled to return to the studio in the coming months to record new tracks. Having played many gigs with a total audience well into the thousands, WALRUS is a band that despite the age of the members, is not phased by large crowds and equally at home playing to hundreds of people just as much a playing to a few. Until next time, Stay Tuned. |
