Artist History Toy Sun was formed by John Silverman in 1998 out of the jungle jam sessions held at the hip Parisian club Cithea. The buzz was impressive and the band found themselves on a tour of Japan before the first recording came out. Toy Sun's first release was a 12" mini-album on Comet records (france). The first pressing sold out quickly and the album was voted "disk of the month" by Germany's Raveline magazine.
