Artist History Norman Vegan was a founding member of 80's new wavers THE LEADERS and THE REMNANTS. In the 90's Norman recorded with a loosely knit amalgam of musician called MODEL CITIZENS and produced a variety of NY based singer-songwriters. Norman now records in his home studio, Pop Garden.
