Artist History Cloud Full Of Clowns came about in 1995 from the collaborative efforts of two UNM students, Sean Clute (guitars, bass, vocals) and Phillip Lewis, aka Cloudboy (keyboards, samples, percussion). Recording whenever possible, usually at the cost of a social life, the duo completed two releases, "Coming Down Fast" and "Southwest Roadtrip". Sean Clute, after graduating from UNM in 1998, continues to perform and compose in New York City. Following Sean's departure, Cloudboy worked both solo and with Jesse Boyes during 1999-2000 to produce the third Cloud Full Of Clowns release, "Escape From UNM".
