Artist History
Way back in December 96' Josh Krady had purchased his first real six-string. So Josh and Glen Rommet decided to start a band. Well Glen played drums, but that dosn't matter to you, so then he started to realize that Josh watched "The Seceret World of Alex Mack" way to much, so he wrote a song about it. (AlexMack-SuperTeen) We kept playing that until we thought we had it good (We never did). Then summer of 97' at a discussion at my dinner table 4 boys sat pondering. The boys names were Glen, Josh, Jason Krady, and Drew Clemens. What they were pondering about was a name for the band. Jason and Drew helped Josh and Glen find a cool name, and it came upon the name "OakTag", which stuck around for about a year. Which was when Josh was at his youth group and he was talking to a kid name Nolan Brooke, and found out that he had some songs written, well Nolan picked up a guitar and started to play them for Josh. Josh happily fell in love with his poppy punk songs. Josh then went to Glen and asked him to listen to his songs. Glen eventually heard Nolans songs and OakTag had another member. During that time of practicing Nolan's songs, we had dicussions on a new band name. Here are a couple of them,"The G.L.E.O. Club", "DockNeeNee", and a few others to weird to mention. Finally we came up with "Transparent People" and played as them for most of the summer. During that summer we had some hard times, but we got through them and we feel fine. We decided to change our name again cause we hated "T.P.". So we took up the name "ArmedForce" right after we changed it to "The Fonzerelli's" and right then the band broke up for good. It was a very harsh break up but we are all still friends. Well now Josh knew this kid named David Landis, he happened to play acoustic guitar but he was switching to electric and learning bass. We took the name "The Fonzerelli's" and let it happen. We started writing songs most of them we dropped cause they sucked. We tried that for awhile but it didn't work out to good me and davey just never got together to practice. We had a couple of practices with my neighbor mike berry he played drums for us. But then we decided to start a new band. And we did, and on, and on, and now today 2001 we are now trying again. As of now it's Josh Krady and Jesse Lyndsy |
