Artist description Death Before Disco consists of Bill Gow and Anthony Volpe. The two of them have recorded over 150 songs within the past ten years. They primarily do this project as a hobby but have performed live sporadically in various places near Philadelphia and Allentown. Their live act sometimes features an Elvis Impersonator who hits doughnut holes into the audience with a golf club.

Artist History Bill Gow was in various Philadelphia bar bands in the 80's, including Zen Arcade and Billy Flash And The Raincoats. Anthony Volpe had no prior experience in bands other than several embarassing hardcore rap tapes he made in high school. They formed Death Before Disco in 1992 and have been making kickass basement tapes for eleven years. The band "Seven Years Bad Luck" best-of CD is now available. They also have 19 more songs gathered for their seventh album, "The Revenge of Billy Flash."
