The duo consisting of Geenuistick and Al Dumaurier attack every song (whether it be about life, love, or just on some braggadicious b-boy tip) with such commanding mic presence that the listener can't help but be captivated in the essence of the mood that these two create.

Artist History The two began payin' dues rockin' local house parties and small local events within their FRESNO, CA residence in the early 90's. After years of honing their skills, they began rockin' shows across California and eventually the two landed a spot on MTV's "The Cut" which gave the duo their first nationwide appearance. While invading the underground, the two quickly ran into a fellow Fresnan by the name of PLANET ASIA and they quickly collaborated to form an instant underground gem "Zero Visibility". Shorty after, TRIBALIFE graced the pages of "THE SOURCE" magazine on an article about the Fresno,CA hip hop scene. Approximately 3 plus years have passed since Tribalife released their first EP entitled "destination: UNKNOWN?". This ill lyrical pair has been silence since. A shortage of able producers and local resources was a definite blow for these very talented lyricists and Geenuistick's decision to move to San Diego to further his education was just another straw on the camel's back. Marked for dead, Al Dumaurier decided that he would take matters into his own hands and began to develop his skills as a producer. Production was somethin he always dabbled in, and the progression came easily for him. With influences such as Jihad, Rka Sha, and Phipside, Al almost immediately had hot ish on the plate. Eventually, he convinced the recently retired Geenuistick to start rocking the mic again and the result became some of the illest hip hop music to bless the minds of true listener's with Al Dumaurier's "Soundtrack to Life" No jivin', this LP is off the meat rack for certain. I can only wait and anticipate future projects, but if it's anything like this LP, them joints will be true gems.
