Artist History Smooth Approach is a concept that was put together by Jeff Roberson, producer, singer-songwriter and former drummer for older brother Dennis' in the vocal group "CA$H". In 1990, his goal was to present a hot vocal entertainment group that had across the board audience appeal. As songwriter for the group Jeff collaborated with J.D. Dismuke Jr., and Lawrence Harris at his alma mater Ohio University. The final piece of the puzzle was added when Kerry Willis was established as the fourth member of the group.
