Artist History Brian Piltin came from San Francisco to New York in 1998 and began playing open mics on Long Island where he lived with his mother. After recently moving to Brooklyn he began playing shows in the East Village. He is now seen almost exclusively at the Sidewalk Cafe and considers himself to be part of the anti-folk scene headed by long time underground scenester Lach.
