Artist History
NEWS! "Man Created Man" was selected for inclusion on the Bourges 2001 Electroacoustic Festival/Competition CD! Dabbling for 25 years with brief public appearances as a sax and keyboard player in the early 80's. Played sax semi-professionally (i.e. got paid in cash, beers, free food, other bartered items) in the 80's but changed to synthesizers for the ease of depth and experimentation. Led musical numbers (all original, most by me) in regional comedy sketch theater in the early 90's. Recently finished editing a long-running literary magazine, and helping run an art center so now I'm spending some free time on my own artistics pursuits rather than those of others. I recently resumed doctoral studies so music is a relaxation and wind-down from work and school. |

No mainstream productions yet as I lack the patience to deal with artistic politics and attitudes. Look for a DAM CD soon. |

Press Reviews
None of note for my actual musical work, just sidebars pertaining to my theatrical stuff--comments from... "absurd," "astounding," "deep," "imaginative," "f*%&ing radical, man," "what are you: satanic?", "angelic," "politically oriented underscoring" (ME: "What?! How can instrumental music be political Brad?") and constant comments that I have the voice for late night radio--which I guess is a compliment.
RE: "Surfing to Denver:" "Sequencers Delight: I enjoyed this & I don't even like this kind of stuff. I guess that means ya done good." |
