Artist History Matthew Monsoon started writing songs on a year-long beekeeping trip to India. When he returned to the USA, he began recording and performing songs and lived in a VW van on the streets on San Francisco for nine months. After honing his craft this way, he emerged from his steel chrysalis unscathed and is currently ensconced in the Lower Haight creating an ever-flowing fountain of new music.
