Artist History
What once started as a quite odd cover project where the group mounted the holy cows of metal and hard rock with the unconventional line-up, has evolved into a unique band with a strong identity and repertoire. Instead of using the somewhat more establis hed electric guitar the riff machinery of ensemble neurotico uses the electric cello and mandolin, as well as assorted saxophones and ethnic instruments.
Despite of the line-up ensemble neurotico can not be compared with groups like Apocalyptica or Flesh Quartet. Neither with folk rock even though some folkish elements may appear as an important part of the musical whole. (hole?)
