Artist History Alefra is a project of Francesco de Luca and Alessandro Forti, who have been composing music together since 1994. Their work focuses on film, theatre and tv music scores. Although the two musicians come from different musical background, in Alefra they found a common ground for experimenting crossover between classical and modern music. Their knowledge of mediterranean folk music gives to their compositions a very unique taste, enanched by their personal performing skills. The two musicians are also know as COMEDY OF LIFE. Il loro primo singolo “I don’t know you”, anche se di facile ascolto, appartiene ad un genere indefinibile, visto che nelle tre versioni mescola abilmente pop, house, lounge, chillout e funky, il tutto rafforzato dalla bella voce di Francesca Sortino, che interpreta una canzone al di fuori dei classici schemi della dance ma che non mancher� di farsi apprezzare anche dai frequentatori delle discoteche grazie a due remix ben costruiti. Un ottimo esordio in definitiva per questo duo romano, in attesa del nuovo singolo “The way I do”, in uscita a gennaio sempre su etichetta Bmg. (Luca Giampetruzzi)
