Artist description Resurrection Mary is a Goth Rock/Death Rock band from Lexington, Kentucky. We tend to stay close to our roots, the early guitar, bass and drums goth-rock bands like the original Christian Death (Rozz Williams & Rikk Agnew) and Bauhaus, with a slight industrial influence evident in the use of sampling and synthesizer on occasion. We make music for ourselves, as we generally don’t care for the heavy metal and Euro-disco influences that dominate modern gothic music.

Artist History Resurrection Mary was formed in 1996, when Guitarist Brenn and his wife Alea recorded the band’s original demo tape. A few weeks later Resurrection Mary found a drummer and took the concept for the band to the stage. RM is currently back to being a studio project with 2 members, guitarist/vocalist Brenn and Bassist Alea.
