Artist description Kelly has been writing songs for years and has over 200 songs to his credit. Not wanting to be locked into any particular style. One cut may be a country song, the next a rocker, followed by a groove tune or a fusion instrumental. "There is so much good music out there. To lock into one style just isn't possible for me." He quickly adds, " And the blues, man the blues have been part of me since day one." You can certainly hear the blues influence in "Date With An Angel". Sure it's a short solo but it's to the point.
