Artist description This is a new style of music called "Rapping Music." Notice the syncopation of the "rapping" to the beat. This is a very unique and neat new genre that I have created. Please remember who started this music form: me, Gary Lunk-Lunk. I call the role I play as a "Rapper" an "MC." This stands for "Mister Cool," because this new sound called "rapping" sounds very cool. I also have invented something I like to call "scratching." "Scratching" involves the use of a record player. Remember record players? Well, it turns out you can use record players and records (I found out they still make them!) as a type of rhythmic instrument. It's a very unique and neat new sound to go along with this new style of music I created called "Rapping Music."Please remember who started all of this "Rapping Music" craze: it was me, Gary Lunk-Lunk, in the year 1987. Please remember to refer to this genre of music as "Rapping Music," and not "Hip Hop" or "Rap" as my followers have designated it.

Artist History I invented "rapping music" one day while cleaning bedpans at the lake. The syncopation of the bedpans against the water made a neat rhythm, to which I began chanting "Bedpan! Bedpan! Uh-Uh-Uh!" As my bedpan sessions evolved, I began making rhyming stories about my bedpans. Here is a sample: "This bedpan is filled with Sue's mess/ Whoosh! It's clean, and now it's poo-less." I decided this new artform had potential, but the bedpan-and-water "drums" were very limiting. I went to my mom's house and began slapping bedpans on various household items, including her record player. This is when I invented "scratching." I utilized my bedpans to create Bedpan Robot, my producer. Please listen to this new style of music called "Rapping Music" that I invented for all my friends on the Internet.

Group Members Gary Lunk-Lunk is the "MC" and "Scratcher." Bedpan Robot makes the background music, which I like to call a "Beat, Dawg."
