Artist History REV.Steve of charrrd ultar began in the early 1990swith an independent project called Attic Head,this was industreal experimental and lead to cold steel table in the late 1990s witch was a noiz band with 2 members. this also produced DS 2 US a solo noize band. Formed Lugar Recordings and the rest is history.
