Artist History Born in Royston, Georgia, Dianne began singing in her father’s country music band when she was seven years old. Most of her life she sang country music throughout the state of Georgia and has been the lead singer in several groups. She has recorded 2 albums including a country album “Dianne and the Rhythm Rangers" and her latest release is the contemporary Christian album, “His Word”. She performed at the Georgia Mountain Fair in Hiawassee, Georgia for several years. She has also performed at the Georgia Country Music Hall of Fame Awards Banquet held in Atlanta. Over the last few years, Dianne and her husband, Dan, have performed Christian music concerts throughout the Southeast at churches, Gospel programs and conferences as well as local television programs. Her music has also been played on radio stations throughout the southeast and parts of Texas.Dianne won the Best Vocalist Award at the 1995 Blue Ridge Christian Music Festival held in Blue Ridge, Georgia and most recently she won the 1999 Best Vocalist Award from the WLET Radio Contest, Toccoa, Georgia.Dan writes many of the songs and plays keyboard for their concerts. His song, “The Eagle”, was chosen as one of the top 20 songs at the 1996 Babbie Mason Music Seminar song writing competition.
