Artist description
Zen Pusher Gasoline originated in 1993 with just two GE-4637 tape players, a guitar, and a slew of effect processors. Originally, Zen Pusher Gasoline's sound consisted solely of creative media looped soundscapes mixed with a haunting rhythm. Over the years Zen Pusher Gasoline has transformed itself into an experimental industrial noise project, combining altered and unaltered media, to create a sound canvas while incorporating guitar, keyboards, drums, and lyrics to form finished pieces. |

Press Reviews
"......Zen Pusher Gasoline layers ambient fades on murky beats as well as Eno himself......" Thomas Peak, Stomp and Stammer 8.97 '....industrial-esque song structure, complete with vocals, sludgy guitars, drum machine, etc. It's a rather shocking transition from their older material. They do it well though, and avoid sounding like an "industrial" band of today, instead come across as some strange noise/collage band with sludgy guitars forcing their compositions into song structures.'
