Artist History Stop 12 was formed in the Summer of 1997. It was an artistic contiuation of work that Cook and Wittlief had alreay begun in a previous band. Whitney Tinley was added to the group in 1998, replacing her brother. The band has streamlined to a 3-piece with Cook moving to bass duties in the Spring of 2000.
