Artist description
Stale Bread is one of the several and important bands of the Brazilian alternative music. The repertory of the band includes own songs, which follow the characteristics of its members, taking a gloomy route and passing through several musical genders. The link point of these tendencies is the Post-punk of the 80's, its variations and some of the new musical experiences.Influenced by alternative bands, such as: Echo and Bunnimen, The Church, Bauhaus, Killing Joke, The Cure, Violeta de Outono, Finis Africae, Nau, Cramps, and others, Stale Bread, has an own styleand is always searching for evolution and perfection in its songs. Lyrics are mainly an ultra-exposition of feelings and individual prayers composed in English. |

Stale was founded by Schubert and had its origin in a band called "No Fun". Over the years suffered from internal changes, quite usual with so particular kind of band, but nowadays, Stale Bread is composed with an equilibrated form, working hardly to achieve its ideals. Stale might lauch still their first CD. |
