Artist description Spiders Record was founded by Yukinori Kikuchi who pursues an idea of new way of composition called 'Synchronism'. Synchronism is a kind ofdeveloped form from minimal style of Reich and Riley and cluster style of Ligeti, and has a distinctive feature as 'floating' and 'spreading the outline ofsound countlessly'. It's in an experimental stage, but it's groping a new style of sound with three keywords ascontemporarymusic/ambient/techno. A first album of International Hip Swing, a solo unit of Yukinori Kikuchi who is a pioneer of Synchronism. It's an experimental music mixing Synchronism beats and live elements. It's an energy-intensive work which unites the floating Synchronism sounds and jazz/rock'n'roll/techno rhythms.
