Artist History The Lads started back in 1988 by legendary losers,J.Trole Taylor, Dirty Darren Thomas and Steve MacLaren. There are 8 Lads demos to date recorded between 1988-1996. Nearly all of the demos were recorded on very short notice to band members which induces the jam-style writing. We would get together for a weekend and have the recording done by the Sunday night. The Lads is a Legacy and will one day be passed on to the next generation for their turn to take a crap on it.
