Artist History Andy Kerr was for a long time, about nine years, the guitarist and co-singer in the successful post-punk-art-funk-jazz-rock-fusion trio known as Nomeansno. In his time with them he toured through Canada, the U.S. and Europe countless times. He also appeared on six Nomeansno cd's brought out on Jello Biafra's (in)famous Alternative Tentacles, among them Wrong and 0 + 2 = 1. After getting quite frankly tired of the whole thing, Andy packed his bags and left his native Canada and moved to Amsterdam where he lives today. There he began a unique musical partnership Hissanol with his old pal Scott Henderson, who lives in Canada. Unworthy of any sane description, Hissanol operates as two tape trading maniacs in search of the lost chord and several lost guitar strings. Andy also writes songs for himself. So many in fact, that he decided to put out the ones he liked best as Once Bitten Twice Removed. When he gets the chance, or feels like it if the truth be known, he can be found aiding and abetting the Show Business Giants or performing solo. He is currently at work on his latest solo adventure "Aches and Pains".
