Bobby Robinson introduces the Birth of The Relix & Proturnative Music. Bobby has been involved in making music for the majority of his life! A long, long time, mainly because he loves making music. He has played with many bands of rock, country & R&B nature, such as Nightshift, Saphaire, Legend, Spring Fever, Davey Gibb and the Country Kids, Earl and the PJ's, The Continentals, The Oak Hill Boys, The Jubilee Boys. He has jammed live with Stu McCue & Wildwind, Rev Ken and the Lost Followers, Jack Bailey and the Bailiffs & Joe Brett & Cajun Moon. He even played on the opening day of Ontario Place in the early 70's. The man really gets around. |

Artist History
Formed in March 98 to play a new form of music that was proclaimed "Proturnative". Proturnative music can be appreciated by all ages, has an excellent dancing beat and conversation can be carried on while it is being played. It has a unique 60's/New Country Sound. The original music of the 10 song CD "Viagra Nights" was written and produced by Bobby Robinson and recorded at Sound on Sound Studios, Peterborough Ontario. The engineer was Jamie McKenty. Additional contributions were made by Wayne Brethor, Michael Hearst, Al Marshall and Lewis Gillespie. |
