Artist History In February 1999 five boys formed a band of New School Hardcore in Almada. They where, Pedro Lérias (Vocals), Hugo and Hélder (Guitars), Ricardo (Bass) and Bruno (Drums), the band was called at the time "Reminder". Since early the band elements started to change. Ricardo left, because he didn't work with the band, and Ricardo Capela got in, drumer of Judged By Greed. The band kepted that way for a few months; Pedro Lérias also got out of the band leaving a place open. It was then that Hugo changed to vocals and Ricardo Capela to the guitar. The drums place was filled by Marco. With this formation the band started to desenvolve and growing, counting with the precious help from elements of other bands. Resignation was the name choosen. This is a young formation that is growing, but it will give something to talk about.

Interview: Why Resignation? - First because all the members identify themselves with the name and believe that it's close to the ideals of the people involved. How long does the band exists and how came the idea of assembling the band? - The band is only 5 months old (the actual band) but the first rehersal dated february 1999, but since then several elements where replaced.
