Artist History Gary Brooker has traveled the Northwest for many years, writing and playing music. Years back he taught guitar to Guthrie Thomas who went on to record with names such as Ramblin Jack Elliot, Ringo Starr, John Hartford and many others. His song writing began with writing for movies and became such an important means of expression that "I could just never stop doing it."
