Artist History The band "Allister Ivy" was formed in 1998 by two singer songwriters, Raymond Allister and Ivy James. "Allister Ivy", fronted by Raymond Allister and Ivy James break the old school rules with a slightly heavier modern edge while remaining true to the classic arena rock sound of the 70's and 80's. Their CD "Gypsy Caravan", musically and lyrically awakens the senses with boundless passion. A unique sound influenced by the likes of: Led Zepplin, Fleetwood Mac, Jefferson Starship, Tom Petty, Bob Dylan, The Doors, and the hypnotic sounds of Jim Hendrix and Pink Floyd.
