Artist description Amoeba is a live ambient music group. About 50% is precomposed and 50% is improvised live! We use a special technique; every member composes loops and pattern before the concert and performes them live while the other members improvises totaly free.

Music Style Ambient

Artist History Amoeba was originally a music collective with up to ten members. We started when the performance art group "the Shita" asked us to improvise ambient music for a performance in five parts in as many days. The ten of us did a fantastic live performance called "Ambient Afton" at Tornet in Linköping, Sweden. After that, the group splitted up for different reasons and only four members continued.
