Artist description Mat "Cheeky" Cheetham, "Fancy" Dave Bower and Kael "DJ KL" Driscoll. Three guys from Perth just trying to make some music. Thats all. Nothing fancy (except for Fancy Dave of course; he's very fancy). Cheeky is the bass-player, synth-borrower and box twiddler. Fancy is the drummer, synth-fetishist and sound technician. DJ KL is the vinyl junkie, synth-twiddler and sample-spotter. But all three take turns at playing each others roles. Its more fun that way.

Artist History Fancy and KL have played in several bands together over the years, including the Glummens and the Allstars. Cheeky was a resident of the infamous West Street, where 20 or 30 local bands were born, lived and died, including Cinema Prague and Cheeky's own Circus Murders. But all that is now local history and is fading into the obscurity of legend.When these boys all hooked up together in 1999 they gave up on the jamming/gigging scene and decided to "let the boxes do all the work".
