Artist History Vebrifuge was founded in August 1986. The first years they played Thrash-Metal. The lyrics during that time were very often political and spoke for humanity. Vebrifuge released two demo-tapes and two tracks on a Heavy Metal record sampler. They played many gigs across Germany (West and East), France, Netherlands. Vebrifuge changed their style of music in 1990, now playing progressive rock. After releasing their first CD „Fiction: reality“ they worked on their second album. But, unfortunately, they lost their rehearsal room for a period of one and a half year without the possibility of making music. To offer something from the new stuff they had written for their second album Vebrifuge realeased the Live-CD „Trip in deep“ featuring older and the newest material they have. The future is still an unwritten chapter of the band.
