Artist History Too Much Coffee Records presents a variety of musical styles, including: Smooth Jazz, New Age, Melodic Trance, Fusion, Rock, Blues, and Country. A & R inquiries are welcomed! The “Too Much Coffee” band, based out of New Orleans, has released a CD entitled “It’s Amazing” (for sale at www.cdbaby.com- search under the name "Rick Tobey"). This CD presents a blend of very original rock, blues, sweet acoustic ballads, and exciting-jazzy-melodic-electric-guitar-driven instrumentals. The beautifully melodic, upbeat instrumental “Karen”, which was number one on the MP3.com Jazz and Smooth Jazz charts in March, 2001, was featured on the compilation CD “Music, The Language of New Orleans” (distributed by Louisiana Red Hot Records). "Find My Way to You" won an award in LMNOP Songwriting contest in New Orleans. Recent club appearances include Tipitina's, The Howlin' Wolf, Kerry Irish Pub, Carrollton Station, and the Rivershack.
