Artist History The Kin-dred first formed in August of '97 when Vlad, the psychotic, blood-spitting bassist from Montreal's Talamasca decided to call it quits after several conflictswith frontman Chriss Lee. Driven into a world of sex and fetishism, Vlad held his own, producing thin accoustic works and distributingcopies to only his friends - until someone heard something and suggested he [Vlad]Do something a bit more raunchier.Several thousands of beans later, Vlad has created not onlya band, a name, and a reputation, but even the record companythat produces the songs.Graveyard records, managed by his girlfriend Jez, has even begun to take hold of other local talentranging from Old-School Punk to Gothlings.Vlad currently works alone with The Kin-Dred, playing, singing,mixing, mastering and even promoting all the functions.Nikki M, the last guitarist to actually work well enough in the band to last more than a yeardecided to venture into a completely different realm of music - Trip-Hop, leaving Vlad to complete "Every Carnal Desire Known To Man" completely alone.Two members that did manage to endure Vlad's force and demandsare Seb, also from Talamasca, on drums and percussion, and Joelle "La-Terreur", alsofrom Talamasca.The Kind-dred has come a long way since the beginning, and Vlad says he owes it to Jez.
