Artist description
There is a new sound hitting the streets of the San Francisco Bay Area. It’s a little bit of the future and a little bit of the past. It’s love, driving and the American Dream, and its a walk through where that dream might take us in the 21st century. It’s the sonic soul searching of UltraGlide, captured at warp drive on their debut CD Super Gravity. |

Artist History
Matt and Todd were co-owners of The Blue Room Studios in San Francisco throughout the early nineties. They have both racked up impressive credits as engineers and producers with local acts such as Flower SF, Train, Fifty Lashes, and Storm and Her Dirty Mouth. After closing the studio in 1998, Matt took some time off to get back to writing his own material. He finished pre-production of Super Gravity in early 1998 and hired local studio musicians to cut the basic tracks. After former Sugar High Billy frontman Mike joined up that summer, the roster filled out with ex-Boogieman bassist Dave Korfas and Todd in the fall. Drummer Sam Adato joined up in early 1999 to complete the line up. |
