Artist History
Formed under the title "U-Foes" in 1996. Revised name under new lineup in 1997. Released full-legnth "Talentless Fools!!!" in 1998. Over 1300 discs sold to date, now available by repress on Tomatohead Records, Sunnyvale, CA. New E.P. with 6 songs released in June 2000. The band has toured regionally and totalled over 100 shows in 10 states, including Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Michigan, Illinois, Indiana, California, Arizona, and Wisconsin. Locally, the band was recongnized with 1999 and 2000 KLAMMY nominations (Kansas City/Lawrence Area Music Award) for Best Ska/Best Punk Band. Several rayguns songs are included on various compilation CDs, including: Potluck by Stub Daddy Records, L'il Somthing for the Kids by Fevered Pitch Records, and the international release Culture Shock Punk Rock on Tomatohead Records. Watch for a August or September tour of midwest/great lakes. |
